Flo
Musical Interlewds, crooning, well-aged vamps
Female nightingale, gray and brown, older than the travelling salesman joke and twice as funny, with a voice like Ethel Merman after her prime. Long, flowing dresses, endless pearl necklaces, would swan around but can’t, because she’s a nightingale.
Flo has been in show business for a long time. She was first on the radio in Oxford in 1924, and the sound quality hasn’t significantly improved since.
